How do I sign up for NPO LiveChat
Just click on the Register link in the Navigation Bar above. There you'll need to complete a short form that will create your organization's NPO LiveChat account record and an account manager's record.
Once you've completed the form you will be taken to instructions that will explain how to put a link on your website.
How much does NPO LiveChat cost?
The Basic version of NPO LiveChat is free.
NPO LiveChat is still in beta testing. Beta testers will receive free upgrades to the Premier version.
How will visitors to my website know when LiveChat is available?
There are two ways:
How many agents may I add?
The Basic (free) version of NPO LiveChat allows you to have two agents, one supervisor and one account manager. The supervisor and account manager may also act as agents. So, you can have a total of four agents.
The Premier version allows you to add as many agents, supervisors and account managers as you like. There's no limit.
How many simultaneous LiveChat sessions are allowed?
Unlimited. Of course, you will determine a practical limit based on the number of agents you have and how frequently visitors open chat sessions.
Do I have to be in the office to act as an agent for NPO LiveChat?
Definitely not! That's the beauty of NPO LiveChat. Agents can be anywhere as long as they have Internet access. Everything is hosted on the NPO LiveChat servers.
Also, nothing is stored on the agent's computer. So, they can use any computer to access their console.
